The operations include a general revision of the instrument, the verification of the electronic functions, the alignment of the axes X and Y and the calibration of the same.
The operation also include a test to check the “slope functions” of the instrument to verify compliance to the specific instrument.
The execution of the certification is done using primary samples generated by a Breithaupt collimator, model Jusko, with an incremental reticle tested and certified by an UKAS and ACCREDIA.
All tests are made according to the calibration procedures indicated for the calculation of the instrumental precision and its relative measurement uncertainty.
