Terms and Conditions


Products purchased on Yousurv are sold directly by Geolab Srl, with VAT code 02466840135. Geolab Srl is located in Via Achille Grandi 24, Cantu (CO), 22063. The prices quoted in the Estimate are in Euro and are VAT excluded .


To complete the purchase agreement on Yousurv site you must complete all the procedures required at the order of purchase. Upon completion, a confirmation email will be sent containing the summary of the purchased goods and the total amount due.
The order can also be concluded by e-mail. It is possible to write to info@yousurv.com indicating the item you want to buy and the billing and shipping data.
In the very rare circumstance that a product chosen by the buyer is no longer available at the time of submitting the order form, it will be up to Yousurv to redeem what has already been anticipated.
With the telematic transmission of the order form the buyer agrees to observe all the General Sales Conditions on this page.
If the user does not share any of the terms in the General Sales Conditions, please do not forward the order and contact Geolab staff for any clarification.


Any changes to the submitted orders are guaranteed until the goods are evaded.
If the merchandise has already been processed by the warehouse and ready for shipment, it will no longer be possible to submit modification requests.
Invoice data entered in the order form can only be modified until the invoice is issued; you can only change the shipping address for orders just issued and for which goods are not ready for warehouse evasion.
Total or partial refunds will be made with the same type of payment chosen at the time of order (Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer). The currency used for redemption will always be euro, even in the case of transactions in different currencies; the amount received by Geolab Srl will be re-accredited, net of bank charges.


Normally, Geolab Srl undertakes to alert the customer when the goods are shipped, to prepare the recipient for receipt and to ensure that he is present at the time of delivery; If the given availability is not respected, any storage and / or redemption costs will be charged to the Customer. The Customer is required to authorize the shipment or withdraw the delivery within 30 days of receipt of the warehouse communication. The delivery is only initiated by order of sale and made by our partner GLS or by the courier chosen by the customer. The Standard Shipping Service is meant to be delivered on a street level (on the ground floor, at the point closest to the entrance of your home that can be reached by the car used for delivery). The Customer can make a withdrawal at our Laboratory by agreeing by telephone or e-mail the date and time of withdrawal.


Usually the cost of transport is € 25.00.
Exceptions are the islands, and some areas considered difficult to reach by courier and abroad. For these destinations, contact Customer Service at the time of order, which will provide a detailed listing of the cost of shipping.


Delivery times are generally 3-5 days in case of PayPal / PayPal payment.
For bank wire payments, delivery times depend on how many days the bank uses to credit the amount paid by the Customer to the Geolab Srl account.
Only in rare cases where the customer purchases an item not in stock, delivery times will be extended until the goods are reordered. Reorder depends on the type of product purchased and its supplier. However, the goods will be delivered no later than 40 days from the date of order.
If the customer has already paid the full amount without knowing the delivery time and will not accept the delivery, he may request the cancellation of the order and the total reimbursement of the sum paid.


Geolab Srl operates daily to maintain its online catalog up-to-date. Due to the large number of articles and suppliers we propose, it is rare that a particular option is no longer available.
In such cases, Geolab Srl will promptly notify the Customer of their decision to make changes to the order or to request repayment of the amount paid.


The consumer has the right to withdraw from any distance contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the day of delivery at the address specified in the order.
The consumer can not exercise the right of withdrawal “for non-prefabricated goods produced on the basis of an individual consumer choice or decision” (Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament) and for “tailor-made or clearly customized goods” (art 59 D.Lgs 21/2014).


During the delivery process of the goods it may happen that something goes wrong.
For this reason, our Customer Service provides the consumer with some procedures that it is best to perform for the interests of the Customer himself.
During delivery, it is good practice to check the integrity of the pack and, if there are any anomalies, it is the duty of the Consumer to withdraw the goods with reservation.
This will allow the Customer to challenge delivery to the Courier if the goods purchased are delivered.
If, however, the customer withdraws a defective package without signaling it to the courier, once the defect has been found on the purchased item, he won’t be able to compete in any way on the courier in charge of delivery on Geolab Srl.
In fact, Geolab Srl can not in any way be held responsible for the goods, once it is entrusted to the courier in charge of delivery.

In the rare case of loss of goods by the courier in charge of delivery, Customer shall interfere directly with Geolab Srl, who will contact the courier (if the shipment is managed by Geolab in collaboration with GLS) to attempt to tracking the pack or solving the problem in other ways.


The products are always accompanied by a regular sales invoice valid for the 24-month warranty on defects of conformity, made by Geolab Srl under the Consumption Code; for purchases billed to persons and corporation guarantees is 12 months. The products must be properly used in accordance with their intended use and maintenance: the packaging must always contain a product card with instructions in this regard, but in the absence of such card it is Customer’s responsibility to contact our Customer Service. Geolab Srl works to act with the utmost speed: at the same time we refer to the productive and managerial times of our suppliers. In the case of replacement or repair of a product, it is the responsibility of the Customer to properly pack the parts made to avoid damages and to support the shipping costs for returning the product; repair costs (materials and labor) and reimbursement costs to the Customer are borne by Geolab Srl.
